Chapter 1: The Beginning
Welcome to my humble learning centre!
I am passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
My education background is diverse and robust, equipping me with a unique blend of skills to support and inspire my students.As a graduate of Business Management(Bsc) ,I realised the degree offers a strategic perspective on education business, allowing me to implement innovative and efficient ways to run the centre.

In addition, I hold certification in phonics and creative writing, enabling me to create engaging and effective literacy programs. My training in child psychology and basic counselling provides me with the tools to understand and support the emotional and developmental needs of my students, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

My approach to teaching is holistic and student-centered, focusing on building not just academic skills but also confidence, creativity, and emotional well-being. I strongly believe in the power of personalized learning experiences that cater to each child’s unique needs and strengths.
This approach will be different from other mainstream centres as I've wanted to cultivate purposeful learning. I also wish to highlight that this will not be a place where we do endless explanation and mindless repetitive work. In fact, we offer games, discussion and activities in classes on top of worksheet practices.
My teaching journey begins in 2011. I started off as a part-time tutor in my uni days, offering aid to primary school students. Soon, my students commented that they had benefitted from my session. This has allowed me to gain confidence in teaching. Soon, my teaching career continued in several well-known learning centres and I began to help small-medium enterprises to build their learning centres, create curriculum, methods and manage their operational system. That's when I had an epiphany - Why not turn monotonous learning into something fun and create an inclusive environment for the students? That's when I decided to take up the challenge of setting up my own business.
Since then, I have helped over 70+ students and never looked back!
Chapter 2: The Journey
The decision to pursue the education industry was purely due to the love of interacting with young children.
Soon, this love of mine grew stronger when I came to realise how fulfilling it is to educate the younger generation. I get to craft my own lesson plans and witnessed the impact of injecting fun and joy during lesson time.
After becoming a mother in the year 2017, it affirms my decision to stay in the education line and not move on to any other industry.
With this mindset of mine, I wanted to reach out to more students to create positive impact in their studies. At the same time, I would be able to share these experiences with my child. My goal is to help them develop a love for learning while easing the stress that often comes with it - for both parents and students.
Chapter 3: the ways
Being able to educate the children in their growing years is truly meaningful to me when the students have benefitted from my teaching. One of my greatest moments was when the students are able to understand what they have learnt and use the strategies which I have taught them.
Through my 13 years of experience in the education industry, I have helped students to thrive in their academics in smaller class size and reframe their mindset in studies.
Having smaller class size truly allows me to have greater control of time and the flexibility to use a wide range of teaching strategies to cater to different students with varied learning abilities.
